Valerie Nipper, PA-C is a Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of experience providing orthopedic and sports medicine care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care and works closely with each patient to understand their concerns, educate them about their condition, and develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Valerie earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Oregon in 1999. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience caring for patients in the orthopedic and sports medicine setting. She works collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and the EOS care team to provide comprehensive care throughout the evaluation, treatment, and recovery process.
Valerie believes that effective orthopedic care begins with listening to the patient and understanding how an injury or condition affects their everyday life. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing clear communication, education, and shared decision-making. Her goal is to help each patient understand their diagnosis and treatment options while developing a plan that helps them return to the activities and lifestyle they enjoy.
Valerie is excited to join Eastside Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and becoming part of the EOS Team.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, traveling, discovering great food, and enjoying the music of Jimmy Buffett.
